Inside our Itami factory in Hyogo Prefecture, we installed an experimental facility with an overall length of 100 m. This allows us to verify and test the transportation of materials at any time. We collect the data obtained from the experiments and use them to design new systems. We also focus on building theories about fluid engineering, based on that data.We develop our unique pneumatic transfer technologies by combining fluid engineering, mechanical engineering, material engineering, and control engineering sciences. For example, our new COSMO FLOWREX history-making system was born in our Itami factory. Research results from this system are receiving lots of attention from many fields.

The shape, weight, and material characteristics of each powdered or granulated material vary greatly. To design an effective pneumatic conveying system, we have to tailor the system according to those characteristics and the scale required by the production line. We obtained ISO9001 approval earlier than others in the field, and control our quality thoroughly, from design to construction and test runs.Also, we test system operations using the actual powdered or granulated material in our experimental plant at our Itami factory. The experimental results are used in the further design and construction of our transfer systems. Because of this, we thoroughly warrant the quality of our systems, which provide smooth operation after the system is delivered.
